All purchases require prepayment are subject to availability. Items will not be available for shipment until funds have cleared. Prices listed are in US dollars and include a 4% cash discount (cash, check, US Post Office Money Order, Wire Transfer.) Credit cards and Paypal are accepted under certain conditions. Some purchases may require a specific form of payment. Credit cards are not accepted for international buyers. Some items may have a company name painted, engraved or otherwise attached to items.
Shipping:
Shipping costs, fees, duty, brokerage, customs and insurance fees are additional and are the responsibility of the buyer. You are always free to use your choice of carriers. All addresses are verified. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Sometimes we all find ourselves at the mercy of freight carriers. It would not be possible for us to be liable for delays, damages or shortages. We do, however, have a team in place in daily contact with our carriers. All claims MUST be made within 24 hours and will REQUIRE photos and details. Shipping is ALWAYS the responsibility of the buyer. This includes returns of any kind.

problem arises, we will work with you to make it right. You are obligated to give us that opportunity. ProductionStore.com will act as an "escrow" house
with purchases. Vendors are paid after the equipment has been received
by the customer.
The Legal Stuff:
Returned checks will be subject to a minimum $35 fee per transaction plus costs and fees. Special order items may not be returned. Chargebacks will incur a $50 fee plus costs. ProductionStore.com LLC. reserves the right to collect any costs, damages and attorney fees in the event of any type of default.
